The following returns and refunds policy applies to art purchased through our website only.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days after delivery. If you wish to return a piece of art, or exchange it for a different piece, please send a text message with your name and order number to 408.464.3517 within 7 days after receiving the art. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. Refunds can take 5-7 business days to process after we receive the art, and an additional 5-7 days to appear on your card.
Refunds
In the unfortunate circumstance that your glass art arrives to you broken, we will issue a full refund. In order to receive the refund, please send a text message with a photo of the broken art to 408.464.3517. Please include your name and order number in that text message. Refunds can take around 5-7 business days to process and appear on your card.
